A message for neighbours in Vancouver-Point Grey

As we get closer to election day, David wanted to share a message to folks in Vancouver-Point Grey.

"Hey neighbors in Kits, Point Grey, and UBC. It's great to "see" you, sort of, I'm here at home.

It's an important day for our family - it's the first day of school, but also it's really the beginning of the election campaign. I really look forward to being out in the community, seeing all of you, talking about all the important work that we've done together and that we have yet to do.

Our community has grown really quickly. We built a lot of new student housing at UBC. A lot of new transit for students. A lot of housing generally across the province.

And there's so many different issues affecting our community. Things we want to talk about: protecting our environment while growing our economy, for example, I know is front of mind for many of you.

This campaign will be a little bit different than normal. I'm the Premier now, so I'll be crisscrossing the province, but I'll be here too. And I look forward to seeing you in the neighbourhood. See you soon!"
